World of warships how to play henri iv8/26/2023 AA is only for self defense in the 4% of games where a CV tries to strike you. I use double rudder mods (acceleration mod is a waste on this ship) speed boost mod and gun reload and accuracy mods. I've only got a handful of games with Henry, but it feels like a very versatile and strong ship to me. Point is that the HIV is outclassed and every other T10 cruiser does it better. In addition, all of the T10 cruisers except for the HIV have fantastic AA when speced appropriately. Mino wrecks DDs so idk where you are getting this info from. Moskva has the best radar in the game with the radar module and has the armor to get close enough to use it. The Hindy has poor steal but has great armor so it can get close if needed (not to mention it has torps). The Zao does not have radar, but it can get close with its concealment to support DDs. Zao AP has more damage potential and better accuracy meaning its going to land more shells. The Minotaur is a bit of a mixed bag, it can use its stealth and smoke to ambush DDs, but its hyper squishy, lacks radar when taking smoke and its AP is a bit of a mixed bag in that it's difficult to kill angled DDs. The Moskva has radar, but its duration is far too short for the Moskva to reliably kill any DDs on its own. The Hindenburg and Zao lack radar, and the Hinden also has poor stealth. While people rightfully criticize it for its like of anti DD utility, the same could be said of most Tier 10 cruisers. It is very good at killing cruisers and it's also very tanky in a Khaba-esque way. While the Henri is admittedly not very stealthy and lacks radar, I think it has more utility than people give it credit for. I find many people have a misconception that the Henri is meant to be played as a pure long range HE spammer. For instance with the reload mod the Henri only has marginally worse HE DPM to the Zao, and it actually has superior AP DPM. I personally find the Henri's dispersion to be very good and while only having 9 guns is a slight disadvantage, it's by no means crippling. Because of its good base firing range it can get away with taking the reload mod, which gives it a respectable RoF. To adress a few points, the Henri has fantastic AP which makes it one of the better cruiser kills at Tier 10. Other ships like the DM have a high rate of fire or more shells like the zao/hindy which let them carry harder. The HIV has a long reload with meh dispersion only 9 shells. To carry as hard as a DM or other cruiser you need to be able to reliably damage DDs and cruisers. The problem with the HIV is that it has great damage potential but that damage is against low impact ships (battleships). ![]() then charge them an dchase them down and sink them.It crushes Khabs If you want to ruin a flanking Khabs day go to outside edge of A or C and just wait for them. Go full speed angled non stop firing the HE hell. Any advice on how to influence battles more effectively is greatly appreciated. Even with this new build, my outcome on the battle feels still feels minimal. This has made it much easier to evade shots, and going from bad to slightly worse concealment isnt too much of a loss. So far i have tried supporting the main advance of the team by providing more fire, but i changed my strategy by putting more emphasis on flanking and drawing fire. I changed from a concealment to a maneuverability build by adding the 40% rudder shift module and replacing the 20% module with acceleration. The main question that I have about this cruiser is: how do I influence the outcome of battles with it. I have played 15 battles in it and i have a 27% winrate so far. Hey guys, I just unlocked this tier 10 beast and I am having trouble influencing the outcome of battles.
